At North Glow, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 


Returns


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required


 

Non-returnable items


Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, especially skincare products that have been opened or used.

 

 


Refunds

 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet:


  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank


If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


 

 

Damaged or incorrect items


If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
